Government exists for one reason: to protect the rights of the people. Every law must pass three tests. If it fails even one, it is not law — it is control disguised as law.
If no one was harmed, no one was defrauded, and no one's property was damaged — there is no crime. A law that criminalizes victimless behavior is not justice. It is the state using force to control peaceful people.
An accident is not a crime. An honest mistake is not fraud. Intent matters. You cannot legitimately punish someone who did not choose to cause harm. Negligence and recklessness are the exceptions — not the rule.
Life in prison for stealing bread is not justice — it is cruelty dressed as law. The punishment must fit the actual harm done. A government that cannot measure proportion cannot call itself just.
You didn't ask to be born here. You never signed a contract. You never pledged allegiance to a government body. Yet you are told that laws passed without your consent bind you regardless.
The Declaration of Independence says government derives its power from the consent of the governed. But no individual ever gave explicit consent. "Consent of the governed" was treated as collective — the majority binds the minority. That is not consent. That is majority rule enforced by force.
The Constitution was written to limit that power. The Bill of Rights was written because the Founders did not trust government. Neither do I.
A law is only legitimate if it protects against actual harm or fraud. The moment government goes beyond that, it is not governing — it is ruling.
"Logic is the beginning of wisdom, not the end."The Constitution should be read daily. It is the only real Bible that dictates your life.
This campaign is about one thing: restoring the principle that government serves the people — not the other way around.
If you believe that laws should protect rights, not control behavior — that the Constitution means what it says — and that the people, not the politicians, are the ultimate authority — then you are already part of this movement.
